Over 34 levels, a four level podium with parking and five commercial tenancies with 245 residential dwellings comprised in the main tower. The development takes advantage of its unique site in the approximate shape of a hammer to introduce a high amenity podium rooftop deck which runs perpendicular to the main tower.
Vue has a comprehensive lighting design to the facade which through sensors dynamically represents the surrounding activity on both the pedestrian path and adjacent Adelaide Terrace roadway.

Obtained a plot ratio bonus for providing a design incubator, The Guerrilla Establishment, two offices within the development.
On sustainability, bubbledeck used in Vue Tower as opposed to the traditional form slab method, saved approximately:

• 4,100 cubic metres of site concrete;
• 656 ready mix truck trips;
• 6970 t of foundation load;
• 6970 GJ energy embodied in production & haulage; and
• 1107 t of CO2 emissions.

Vue achieved an average 8 star NatHERS energy rating.
Double glazing was used throughout.
Vue includes the installation of a central heat pump type hot water system. This avoids the inefficiencies of electric storage hot water systems which should see energy savings of more than 65% and a similar reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
