108 St Georges Terrace is recognised as a distinctive landmark defining the Perth skyline. Architecturally significant, the 52-level tower and the heritage-listed Palace building are seamlessly integrated resulting in a property that is both distinguished and contemporary. Level 51, 108 St Georges Terrace is the highest floor of the building with stunning views across Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River. It’s also the smallest floor plate as the building tapers at the top to give it its iconic point.
This floor is particular famous for its association with the original developer Alan Bond. The refurbishment of Level 51 also gives homage to some of the history of its beginnings by retaining the 1980’s designed marble and gold bathroom. Level 51 is currently used a private presentation and dining suite.
