Aston 238 represents a new approach to urban living while embracing its historic heart. Respecting the grain of Oxford Street, the eye-catching building, across an impressive 2,400 sqm block is sculptural but respectful of the location, this is a new landmark for Leederville.

Whilst the ground floor commercial frontages and first two apartment levels engage with the scale and character of Oxford Street, the building’s top two levels are cleverly rotated 90 degrees to capture a northern aspect and maximise passive solar design principles, whilst also being set back from the street frontage to minimise the building’s bulk and scale.

Eco-friendly features and passive solar design principles are sewn into the building’s DNA without compromising the highest quality materials, design elements and appliances. A network of void spaces allow cooling breezes to flow throughout the building’s communal spaces and provide natural cross ventilation to the apartments whilst the pool reflects light up into the north-facing atrium.
