We invite you to view some of Perth’s most iconic designs from the Arup’s Perth Office. Located on the 14th floor of the Exchange Tower your view will take you across the stunning Swan River to the South Perth foreshore and delight you with uninterrupted views of Elizabeth Quay and the award-winning Elizabeth Quay pedestrian bridge engineered by Arup. A striking engineering feat, the 22m high cable-stayed bridge spans the inlet, visually links city and water and offers impressive 360-degree views across the Swan River and the Perth CBD. This bridge is considered to be a unique pedestrian bridge. Arup will be offering guided tours of the Elizabeth Quay pedestrian bridge on Saturday at 11am, 12pm and 1pm.
The 82.5m high Bell Tower, one of Perth’s most iconic tourist destinations can also be seen from here. Arup provided the structural and fire engineering on this concrete chamber, with armadillo-like copper sails, providing a home to a massive set of 18 historic bells from St Martin-in-the-Fields Church, London.
Visitors to our Arup office also have the opportunity to experience a virtual reality design tour of some of our significant Perth projects.
